I have more than three years that i done vacations here and its super hotel. 
Staff great , from reception , super helpfull and always there for any question or problem you might have to waiters , super fast and always there to pamper every client needs , kitchen just amaizing everyday new dishes a new gama of flavours , to cleaning ladies , eaven tho hidden they always do their job in quietness and my room was everyday clean , and most of all  and important everyone on staff is always smiling making you feel welcomed and give you the nice feeling as you are at your home. 
I love this hotel and if i come to albania again this will be for shure my hotel.

Second Home

Welcome! Let's start with the fact that we've rested from 22.05.2019 to 29.05.2019.. The ideal time to go to the resort of Albania would be mid-June. And in May, we'll be able to see the construction work on the resort and the preparation of the tractor. Now we're going to take a look at the hotel. Here we're going to have a very private breakfast. But tomorrow morning, when we're going to get our first coffee, we're going to have a coffee, so we're going to have a super-free breakfast.

We had a terrible time in this hotel. To start with, we were given dirty room with damaged walls and it smelled strongly of mold. We went back to get a different room and the manager didn’t even apologise, just gave different key. I asked specificaly to have a room with good sound isolation (because only rooms with busy street view were available) and the manager assured we’ll get that. We got a dark room in 1’st floor just above the entrance. The room smelled badly of sewage, but we couldn’t leave the windows open because then the noise was unbearable. I had sleepless night because at 3 am there was a lot of noise outside (I guess kitchen restocking was happening) men shouting, glass breaking, engines running... not the best experience first night in foreign country when you expect 4 star hotel service.
Only when our travel agent got involved did we get a room changed. Still street view, but in 7th floor, so at least tolerable. But upper floors have terrible water pressure and more often than not there was no hot water, last four days of our stay we even had to wait long time to get cold water.
During our stay a curtain holder fell down. We informed the manager early in the morning and went out for a day. When we got back at 10pm nothing was fixed just the curtain itself was taken. When we asked the manager again, there was no apololgy(we weren’t even surprised anymore) and since our window was to the east side we didn’t get much sleep. After the curtain holder was fixed, nobody put a curtain on it so we spent our last 3 days there woken up by sun shining directly at our faces at 5-6 am.
Another thing we couldn’t get over how dirty the hotel was. The only thing they kept clean were the sheets.

Not worth the price and shouldn't call itself 4 star hotel...

I was here for 2 weeks at this hotel and if i had the chance i would have stayed more . 
Is a small hotel located in a quiet area ( comparing to the area nearby), but turned out to be an amaizing experience. The staff is amaizing , from the manager who helped us with alot information , always smiling and trying to give his best to make us all satisfied, 
we had eaven an request for some medicine and he gone directly to nearest pharmacy with us to find the right one , the waiters always helping us and trying to give us best experience in hotel and also the bartenders at beach bar always funny guys joking around making all of us laugh when we were drinking good coctails .
i love this hotel and i will come again next year here .

Summer Relax

I have no idea how this hotel has any good reviews. Everything from start till the end was bad, excluding perhaps good weather.
We had to change our room few times till we got a room which didn't smell of sewage and was without mold. The food was also bad, most of the times we had to look for random restaurants just to get something to eat. 
Only good thing I can say is that some of the staff are really nice, however, minors working in the beach bar were quite shocking (funny the first time, but quite sad later). 
In conclusion, this is far from a 4 star hotel (motel level maybe) and if you don't want to waste your money look for other options.

Just awful - stay away

Super hotel , big rooms with balcony , nice staff what can i say more it's a hotel that does everything they can to make your vacation one of the best you will ever have .
i personally enjoyed my time staying at beach bar , those guys are fantasting , they dont only serve drinks but also make alot friendly conversations .

Great time

A place where first of all you get your heart! There is nothing missing: welcome, food, cleaning, music, affordable prices for everyone! Everything to the maximum! The guests after the first day feel at home and from the owners and staff consider themselves family members. The joy of the evenings in this villa, you can just hear the sun set and the first chords of music accompany the guests to the group dances. The food and excellent! Find the traditional and European cuisine. Thanks to Arben and Deshira, the most friendly owners I have ever seen!

Where the soul finds peace!

Unfortunately, there was a road construction site all around and the staircase was open for renovation in the hotel itself. The elevator also went on strike, so we had to go through the dark staircase, past paint beams and ladders.

Great location right on the sandy beach with its own umbrellas and beds, pool. Good restaurant. Room on the 4th floor relatively freshly renovated. Reception is currently being renovated (March 2017). Friendly staff.

Beautiful hotel by the sea, beautiful swimming pool, almost every day Italian music, near Durazzo, Tirana and close to the port, airport only 20 km away, traditional Italian cuisine, very low prices and cleanliness at the top, panoramic view of Durazzo Bay.
