Everything was great!!!Pillows should be softer (& mattress too).Didn't love panhandlers outside the area, they're harmless tho. A shout out to 'Saidi' at the front desk along with everyone throughout the hotel including breakfast guys!!Conditioner & hand lotion would be nice if they gave since it's a better hotel.
