Park Plaza London Park Royal

My son and I chose this hotel as it was only two miles from Wembley Stadium where we were attending a Coldplay concert. It is just over the road, via a subway, from a tube station so handy for travelling around London. The hotel was excellent in every way. The staff are extremely professional, welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were checked in quickly and efficiently. When we got to our room we were delighted with it. It was spotlessly clean, bright and spacious with modern furnishings and crisp white bed linen. The bathroom was lovely with toiletries supplied; shower cap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash and body lotion. There was a kettle with tea and coffee making facilities and biscuits. The icing on the cake was a card telling us we were the VIP guests of the day. We were given a bottle of chilled Prosecco, macarons and bottles of spring water. After our concert we arrived very late and hungry back at the hotel. The restaurant was closed but the receptionist arranged for us to have a pizza through room service which arrived within fifteen minutes and was delicious. We slept extremely well as the beds were so comfortable and the room had air conditioning. The lighting and air conditioning in the room were all controllable from next to our beds with a lovely full height light up mirror. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff were outstanding and the room was perfect with a great view of Wembley Stadium.
