The room was very clean and the lady at the front desk was so friendly and nice. Our room had a large flatscreen TV as well as a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave and air conditioner. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a nice, quiet, comfortable place to stay on our roadtrip to Tofino. After a few unpleasant nights in Duncan, thia was a huge step for a much better price. Will ve stating here again.

Walking distance to parks and the river. 

Nice cosy area for an after hours drink inside.

There was not hair dryer and a conditioner in the room. Other than that it was ok.

Close to town but not on a busy road.  Comfortable beds.

Not fancy, but comfortable place to stay. I works stay there again.

Its a great little place, easier on the dollar, definitely dated, but okay. A bit older smell as expected from an old building, but rooms are clean, beds are comfy, has tv, fridge and micro. Good coffee in the room. Its a reasonable place, staff is friendly. But if you are looking for highclass, it isn't for you. But we have stayed a few times and its a  good place. Not fancy but good little place to rest. :)

There is a restaurant at this hotel, called " BuckSnort Restaurant " that is outstanding! GREAT food, huge portions, excellent and very reasonable prices, that serve senior, children, and most types of dishes. Exceptionally friendly staff, quick service, in an old fashioned designed bar/restaurant setting.

It's a bit dated but I understand under new management.  Good luck with the upgrade.

A bit of a throwback to a simpler time.  The property could use a good update, but overall, we felt it met our needs.

Location is maybe not great if you want to walk to get to other amenities but the room was very clean, the kitchenette was really nice to have, dogs are allowed which is great, use of the laundry facilities was much appreciated and the roses outside each unit door were really lovely.

Old Hotel. Old Furnishings. Rates are high but accommodations are limited in the area.On the plus side it's attached to a good pub/restaurant.
