What was good

The hotel in general exceeded our expectations and we will book again there.

What was bad

The room service for meals was a bit disappointing. Because my 90 year old mother was with us, we opted to order dinner and breakfast to the room rather than going to the diningroom. Both times it could have been better. Dinner was supposed to be potato soup, but we received butternut soup without a bread roll, we had to ask for it. No knife provided to cut the bread roll or to put the butter on the bread roll. Breakfast came without the strawberry preserve for the toast and no fruit juice as listed on the menu. We ordered 1 white toast and 2 brown toasts between the 3 of us. We received a plate with a lot of white toasts and 2 brown toasts stacked in a heap on each other which became soggy under the plastic wrap. Both meals the food was fresh, tasty and well cooked.
