107 reviewsI stayed at Hotel Grand as a convenient stop over before an early flight from the airport. It's not the nearest to the airport but it is a lot near than where I started! I arrived just after nine and am leaving for the 1st Moscow flight so not a huge amount of time to enjoy its Grandeur nor to eat, just a quick local recce and then sleep. Hotel Grand is really quite Grand inside with a great marble staircase and luxuriously decorated rooms. It's set in a part of Orenburg where a wide pedestrianised boulevard brings people out at night during the summer, a local park has a couple of bars and a there are clubs, restaurants and cafes nearby. My Russian is patchy but Staff have a level of English that meant we managed to arrange a wake up call, wifi access and (hopefully) a taxi.
