My father is walking the Via Francigena from Canterbury to Rome and I'm joining him from Arras to Reims. M. et Mme. Wynands were wonderful and gracious hosts for an evening, providing a comfortable sleeping space and amazing home-cooked food, both dinner & breakfast. Oh that my French was better but they were so lovely at bridging the gap. Would love to return one day for horse riding and canoeing!
