We stayed at the Impiana KLCC Hotel in Dec/Jan. We were allocated a Club Room on the 19th floor with amazing views of the iconic Petronas Towers. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, thanks to the hard working housed keeping team. After a long and tiring flight, it was lovely to be welcomed with warmth and friendliness. The reception team were extremely cordial, sincere and polite. Check in was very quick and easy. Syafiq who meets and greets guests is friendly and genuine. He is very knowledgeable and a caring person. He always looks after us and has deep kindness. He goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. He is a true gentleman. Chika, Syafiq no.2, Johari and Ferris at reception were all very welcoming. Mahatir, Azman and Rudy were friendly and always eager to help. Ms Karen, the reception manager is a wonderful, friendly and very approachable person. She is amazing with the guests and sorts out issues with ease. She listens and communicates very well and goes the extra mile to make us feel very special. Breakfast at the the Tonka Bean is superb with a wide variety of sumptuous, mouthwatering food for every palate. The team at Tonka Bean always welcomes us back with warm and sincere friendliness. Ain at the dining room reception always greets us with the greatest respect. Ms Cornia who manages the Tonka Bean Restaurant is a calm, decisive and hands on manager. She does not just delegate but leads by example by personally clearing and cleaning tables ready for other guests during a very busy breakfast time. She is very pleasant, cheerful and approachable. Selvan, the F&B manager and Mr Amin always have a friendly and enjoyable chat at breakfast and makes sure we are well looked after. A Hearfelt thank you to the entire Impiana Team for making our stay so memorable especially as it was our Golden Wedding Anniversary. We can’t wait to return to the Impiana KLCC Hotel.
