We (4 of us) stayed in an apartment room, which cost us 60 euros per night. Apartment was very big and spacious, so you could even have more friends over I think. Very comfortable system, that you don't have to see any administrative people. You just book the room, get the code to enter the house and room/apartment and pay after your stay.
