During my stay at the Zeyda Lara Hotel in Antalya, Turkey, I initially encountered some issues with my room, including a non-functioning shower and not enough beds. Fortunately, the hotel manager, Burak, was very helpful and promptly resolved the situation by relocating me to a different room with a beautiful view, which greatly improved my experience.Another staff member, Alina, was also exceptionally helpful. She spoke several languages and assisted me with organizing transportation, connecting to the hotel Wi-Fi, and resolving other minor issues along the way. She was always polite, friendly, and quick to respond.Additionally, the hotel taxi driver, Burat, provided excellent service, taking us to several locations throughout the city as well as to the airport. He was honest, reliable, and never overcharged for his services.Overall, while the stay began with a few challenges, the professionalism and attentiveness of the hotel staff made a big difference and turned it into a pleasant experience.
