Apo Kew is a lovely modern development located right next to Kew Bridge station with great links to London. The interior design in the properties communal areas and flats is sleek and minimalist. There are several cool hung out/workspaces and terraces throughout the development for residents which provides a speedy Wi-Fi, with a new gym opening soon. Apo team continues organising great variety of events for residents to take part and to get to know each other. There are a lot of security cameras as well as secure entrance which makes development feel very safe. The management team is simply fantastic! All concierges are very efficient, friendly, and always happy to help. A big thank you to Sheldon, Alexandra, Angela, Tomaz, Ben and Ilyas for making my stay enjoyable and issue free!

Excellent place to rent in London, lived here for last 6 months

PROS:
Safe (inside gated community type area)
Quiet at night* (see below)
Decent WIFI/internet
Nice TV, lots of channels
Great location in West London - close to trains and buses! 
3 minute walk from Thames river and nice pubs
3 minute walk to supermarket (Sainsburys)
Dishwasher & washing machine both functioning well
Heating and hot water perfect at all times of day and night
Responsive staff

CONS:
The suite advertised is NOT the same suite we lodged in - be aware. The suite we actually got was a little bit rough around the edges in comparison to the photos advertised.
Kitchen is NOT well stocked, seriously need some more utensils and cookware. It is not acceptable to state in the listing that the kitchen is fully stocked when you can hardly make a sandwich
Not close to underground
*The dog in the adjacent apartment barked non stop during the daytime, sometimes for hours on end. This didn't really bother us as we are used to animals but may bother some people. The dog's owners were very nice (older couple).

Lots of GREAT things and a few not so great things

Excellent well equipped apartments. Comfort beds. Hot water all day. Ideal location. Free secure parking. Staff are excellent. Host was really friendly. I would rate this place 10 out of 10.

Stayed here for a weekend in January with my mum and oh my god, we were blown away.
Considering we have only ever used chain hotels, we were a bit skeptical of using somewhere we'd never really heard of before. But when we arrived we were absolutely amazed especially considering we paid such a low price.
Recently me and my mum went on holiday to Portugal self catering and ever since we have decided self catering is the way forward.

When we first arrived we were met by the owner who was slightly abrupt and cold but nice all the same. She showed us how to get into the apartment and told us the codes and left us to explore and unpack the car. We had originally booked a 1 bedroom apartment but when we arrived we were told that we had been upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment no extra charge which was amazing. The bedrooms were both a decent size and both had their own bathrooms, one with a bath and one just with a shower. 

It's also within close proximity of the tube station - either Gunnersbury or Kew Bridge, making it about 20 minutes from central london. Perfect location if you want to be close to Central London without hearing the constant noise of traffic.

Definitely would stay here again, good value and was a clean, well presented apartment. I can imagine it gets busier/more expensive in peak times (June - August) but at the start of the year. 2 nights, 3 days for £134 is not bad!!

Also looked at my pedometer - over the whole weekend me and my mum walked over 29,000 steps. Ouch!

Oh my god!! 100% stay again!

We stayed for 3 nights and found the apartment to be a good size, perfectly clean, comfortable and exceptional value for money. There is a microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer in the kitchen, but a tad low on cooking "utensils". There's an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, more than enough towels, a TV, phone and Wi-Fi. The bathroom is a good size and nicely done. The beds are doubles, so if you're used to bigger (like us), you may struggle. 
Read your booking details carefully as it's not all that easy to find and we weren't sure how to get in. We ended up sneaking in behind a car and heading into the first office we saw. Apparently, entry codes etc are included on the booking confirmation.
On the downside, the apartment is a 20 minute walk from the closest tube station (Gunnersbury). Kew Bridge train station is across the road, but trains don't run all that regularly over the weekend. It is also across the road from a bus stop but we never braved the busses as we weren't sure about bus routes.

Sensational Value

Mixed thoughts on this one. The location was good being just over the road to the bus stop (straight into Hammersmith then change for central London) and the station if you prefer the train/underground. 

I've been to Kew before and it's a really nice area once over the bridge with some lovely pubs and restaurants and a very handy Costa coffee and Sainsbury's just over the road from the apartments. 

However the apartments just felt a bit 'basic' and certainly not luxurious as advertised on the website. They were functional and tidy and to be fair ours was better than the one the other members of our family had, but it had a horrible greasy smell coming from the kitchenette every time you walked in and just seemed a bit tired. 

With a bit of TLC and redecorating they could be lovely.
