There are 55 beds in double rooms, some rooms are also larger, suitable for a small group or family. All rooms are luxuriously furnished for hostels because they have their own bathroom, air conditioning and cable TV. Accommodation costs from around 15 EUR. The price includes a hearty breakfast (6 options) in the cozy restaurant Domino, which is located in the lower part of the house. Restaurant, is characterized by a multitude hostel pictures and old objects.  The hostel is open 24 hours, and there is free wi-fi connection at the reception as well as a computer. Guests can use the parking lot, which comes in very handy. Parking lots near the city center are in fact paid, but parking will be charged to your phone.
Hostel is a short walk away from the bus and train station. If you do take a taxi be carefull - some of the drivers work in conjunction with other hostels and will try to transport you to their preferd hostel...
Hostel boasts a good location because the city center is not far away, and even  closeer to the shopping mall. It is conveniencely open daily until 22 h, - there is also exchange office. The city center is just a short walk along the river Vardar. In recent years, there were built surprisingly luxurious buildings and erected dozens of large statues...

relaxed, centraly located, great breakfast

I stayed here in may of 2012. My dorm room cost 900mkd or $18.75 U.S which is more expensive than what I paid in Paris.  I was overly tired from hitch hiking and arriving at 6am and no sleep, so I took the price.  My dorm had 4 beds and not enough room between them for 3 back packs.  My bathroom was too small to have my new clothes and my dirty ones which is not conducive to a dorm.  There were no hooks in the bathroom so I had to balance my belongings precariously over a small one bar rack.  The floor had a constant puddle forming from the base of the toilet.  The shower head was fixed so you had to hold it yourself and when I turned the water on the shower head jumped and sprayed all off my clothes knocking them off the bar and into the puddle on the floor.  I then went to the attached restaurant where I sat for 20 minutes with the menu- I was ignored, so I left.  Later on I revisited the restaurant at 6pm for dinner.  The waiter who gave me the menu let me sit for 10 minutes before directing a second waiter to me.  This waiter took my drink order, sat with the other waiters and smoked a cigarette.  Then disappeared for 25 minutes and never took my food order.  I walked out and up to my room.   Coming down an hour later I saw my glass and bottle still on the table and I approached the waiter with my money.  He had no idea I had left in the first place.  
Also both men I in-countered at the front desk had no desire to help me with anything.  All one word answers and annoyance.  None of them could even tell me where the internet cafe was.

Too small, not enough and over priced.

I stayed in the hostel in a single room for weekend. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the whole place was clean. Big points for that. And venue was quiet though it was weekend and big events in the city. The hostel is close to everything - close to bus/train station and just in a walking distance from the city center. Breakfast was quite plain but you could choose from many options.

Peaceful place near the center

Its not far from the train station but can be a little daunting arriving in the dark although it was a safe enough city. The hostel was lovely and clean, own bathroom in a twin room and even let us check out quite late. Bargain price for accommodation so close to eveything. I would recommend Skopje as a place to visit. Very interesting! Check out Igor in the tourist information, the nicest most helpful guy youll ever meet.

It's too expensive for the service offered, 50 euros for the double room seems to me to be an excessive price.

Too expensive.

For a youth hostel, I found this establishment above average. I had a double room with private bathrooms and toilets. It was very clean. A TV with a good selection of channels (including TV5). The reception is not overwhelming with enthusiasm and breakfast included in the price is ridiculous. But it is served in a restaurant room in the basement, so I imagine that by paying you can order a real breakfast. Finally, the hotel is in a residential neighborhood, but not very far from the city center, and especially very close to the railway and road stations (5 minutes).

A practical and inexpensive solution

This is a hostel located close to the train station.  It is about a 10-15 min. walk to the center of the city.  All is relatively close as far as the main attractions.
The room had two beds, a bathroom with shower, and a T.V.  It was all pretty spartan, but "you get what you pay for".  It price ended up being $45.00 USD.  
The breakfast wasn't much.  You chose from a small list of 5-6 different set options.  The bread that I got was actually a huge, dense, roll.  Great with jam.
This was an above average "hostel" for me.  Probably a one-star hotel.
