I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was a pleasing stay. 
Pros: it is clean, the breakfast was decent and good; near it there is a supermarket(Globus) from where you can buy food/drinks and inside there is a cheap restaurant; it has a lift even if it has just 2 floors, but it is very useful if you have heavy baggage; i didn't hear the noise and my windows were facing the main street; the ladies at the reception are nice.
Con: it is really far from the city center, but if you have a car, I don't think it is a big problem.

Very clean!

It is pretty good for the price. It is new and room is OK and breakfast is nice for a 3 stars, so this is good choice for a short stay.
Hotel would be great for the price if there arent 3 cons: location, no fridge in the room and dust in the room. 
Location is not a big problem if you are there with a car. Also, Prague has good metro network and you can get to first red metro station Letnany with buses 140 and 136.
Lack of at least small fridge in the room is a big oversight and dust cleanimg could be better. Staff is very nice. Big shopping cetre Globus is very near. Litle far is Decathlon and Lidl. Just litle far frod Letnany is great Aero Museum with a lot of old aircraft (free entry !) . I recommend this Hotel for a short stay. Hope they will get frigirators in the rooms.

Nice for the price

The hotel is located in a rather ugly industrial and commercial area and away from the old city centre of Prague (12km). Cheap (55 euros per night) and generally clean, this establishment is very used by the workers working in the area. The reception is cold and minimalist. Very little English is spoken and cash is paid.

Hotel worker

Small/medium-sized hotel, cheap and close enough to Skydive Arena! It has no common areas apart from the room where there is the coffee for breakfast. Room of adequate size, friendly staff.

Excellent quality to price ratio, very close to the Skydive Arena.

The two-person apartment is very spacious and clean. In addition, the wifi network is also available on all floors. The elevator is very fast and for those who do not want the elevator there are very nice and comfortable stairs. Breakfast is complete (buffet), there is everything.

He sleeps very well.

It is a perfect stage hotel, located in a commercial area, it allows shopping in the shopping centre, but there are no nice views, some rooms are located not far from a railway, but nothing really cool despite poor sound insulation, because you can hear very well its neighbors.
