Very affordable and spacious. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen for 45 euros a night. Staff friendly and even late at night still accessible. Restaurants to find in the immediate vicinity.

Perfect for a short stay

I have lived in this building several times over the years. Usually I only move out to move into a villa. And later regret moving out of the towers.

Parking is provided on multiple floors,  but I recommend parking on the top floor as it has less traffic than the other floors. This means more room available for your vehicle and no dings. 

All Apartments have in room Washer and Dryers American style. 

The rooms are quite comfortable, and stylish. In most cases you will not hear your neighbors (unless they are being quite rowdy). And in the case where they are rowdy, security was always prompt. 

Breakfast is served on the house every morning. (Except Holidays).

Oasis Tower Residence

I'm a long term tenant at Oasis and have found the quality steadily declining.  The cleaning service takes the dirty towels without leaving clean ones. The treadmills are wobbly and covered in sweat stains. Gross. Perhaps the most frustrating is the complete ineptness of the daytime staff. I had to ask for clean towels at least twice each time the cleaning service failed to bring new ones. My air conditioner has broken twice within two weeks and each time the technician has been unable to fix it for several days. My personal favor excuse is that he couldn't find the leak, so would return tomorrow. Do technicians have special leak detection capabilities on specific days of the week? Seriously, it's hot in my apartment and I just want someone to fix it. In spite of his inability to fix my air conditioner, he did manage to trash my bathroom. There is dirt and debris everywhere. This makes me think he was in my apartment unsupervised by one of the staff. I'm currently considering breaking my lease to get out of this disaster. For the price I pay, I could find a clean, cool apartment somewhere else.
