My wife and I visited The Rooms for the fourth time in December 2023. We were delighted again with the warm atmosphere. Very friendly care from the boss and the nice breakfast tea. Our room was stylishly decorated and the breakfast was delicious.

Another visit with a thank-you face

Lovely accommodation, nice bed, good shower and the room was very clean with quirky decor. The breakfast was also very nice with a choice of cereal, fruit, bread, cheeses and cooked eggs.
Its a 8 min walk to the underground station and will get you to anywhere you need to go.
Its also an 8 min walk to the Westfield Shopping centre that offers a range of restaurants.
The only reason I didn't rate this 5 is because it advertises free parking which was an important feature for me. We were however directed to an unsecure carpark 1.4 km away which wasn't free.

Quaint and Quirky.....

My wife and I were guests at the rooms bed and breakfast for the third time and enjoyed our stay again. If you are looking for something special, you are right here. In addition to the convenient location, the 4 rooms, the special breakfast and the personal atmosphere are also, and precisely because of the nice conversations with the very friendly boss Eva, the differences with the standard hotels.

Our third stay - once again a clear recommendation

The rooms are a short distance away from the city centre in a very quiet neighbourhood. The nearest train station is a 3-5 minute walk from where there is a direct train taking you to the city centre which is pretty convenient. The train gets you to Stephensplatz in <10mins. Eva received us warmly and then left for her holiday. In her absence we were well looked after by Sophie, the care taker who was very polite, friendly and helpful, and served us delicious breakfast. 

The room we had booked was called “Imagination“ which was on a lower level and secluded, almost like a basement in the which can be accessed independently from the outside. It can however get a tad troublesome if it’s raining (as it did on one of the days we stayed there) or if it’s excessively cold because one would have to be outdoors first, even though it’s just 5 steps up the stairs plus about 10 steps there on just to get to the breakfast room on the ground floor (and hence wear jackets / carry an umbrella, as opposed to being within the sheltered premises all the time). The layout and decor was not spectacular but comfortable. The room was large enough to open up our big suitcases (we had luggage given that we travelled in winter).

Comfortable stay with convenient connection to city center

Very nice family bed & breakfast in an absolutely quiet location not 10 minutes walk from U1 (Kagran station) and 5 minutes from the old Danube - tastefully furnished with a lot of attention to detail - everything very clean and comfortable - excellent vegetarian breakfast with many homemade things served at a large table with the other guests - very friendly hostess - you can confidently recommend further :-)

Lovely room, breakfast and close to public transport.

Highly recommended.

I stayed with my family in the Apartment (not in the B&B). the position is fantastic, in fornt of the Prater and in front of the underground station (U1); in ten minutes you are in the city center. 
The apartment is well equipped and you have everything you need for a confortable journey. I don't give five stars only because cleaning was acceptable but is to be improved.

good location to visit Wien

Great location, clean, friendly staff, good working a/c, free parking outside house, and easy access to public transportation.  Breakfast was good but could be easily packed if all four rooms have multiple people staying.  Little pricey compared to other regular B&Bs and only reason why I gave it four stars instead of five.  The owners have a pool but there is no guest access to it.  Best props I would give to the place, I would stay there again when we visit Vienna.

Great location with easy access to public transportation.

A very nice and quiet bed and breakfast. Individual rooms, lovingly furnished. Very nicely furnished. My only shortcoming is the vegetarian breakfast, but whoever likes it is well maintained here.

We chose this B&B because we wanted to try out a horse bed. The landlady Eva welcomed us very kindly. Although we were the only guests for the first two days, there was a very rich breakfast. Coffee as much as you wanted. The marmalades had to be clearly highlighted. Our room was set up in the eastern part of the country. Although it was in the southern part, we felt very comfortable. The B&B is located in the residential area (very quiet), but you can take the subway, including a foot stop, in 20 minutes from Stefansdom. If you want to relax, you can take a 5 minute walk to the old Danube (i.e. take a bath).
