Attend an event on a Sat evening. The catering and the service is decent, but the venue is very out dates. Bathrooms were in an extremely poor and unhygienic state. Women toilets were out of order, and men toilets were not in a great state. Definitely something they should invest in.

Could be far better.

I wanted to take a closer look at the hotel as I have a friend visiting from Australia and wanted to take a closer look to see if it would be suitable for them to stay there for two nights before we travel. Unfortunately, I was met with thoroughly unpleasant security staff. Not a good first impression of the hotel. Avoid.

Very poor

Disappointed!!!!! We had our wedding book at Osterley park hotel and didn’t turn out how we wanted it. We asked for tea and coffees which were not given. The owner had always been so rude to us just wanted to take our money and not help us. He made us pay for food tasting, which he told us is included in the price you pay. Didn’t let us take home any of the food that was given on the wedding day. He promised us everything before the wedding and nothing was delivered he promised us welcome drinks which were not provided. The decor was not what we wanted he had just put anything up. Javed was not organised and does not know how to plan a wedding. The bridal room had toe nail clippings on the floor it was messy an eaten apple was left in the room. There was hardly any parking on the day of the weddding. No one came to check on us and ask if we were ok and if everything was being organised we had to do that all! We also asked for baby high chairs and they didn’t give us any even though they had it in the next room!! He just wanted to take our money and didn’t make us feel like it was our wedding day. Please don’t waste your money on this venue it may look good on the inside but overall we had the worst experience with javed. AVOIDDD! BAD MANAGEMENT!!!!!

Wedding

Booked to stay there 1st November, received confirmation of booking, turned up to be told the hotel has been shut for 4 months and not due to open until next year.  Even though there were people everywhere and there are reviews from October 2020.  Utter nonsense!

Total disaster

From the moment you arrive you are put at ease by the friendly and helpful staff ,a quick and easy check in experience and on to your newly refurbished room ,which is very large ,comfortable contemporary furniture ,and a very large wide screen tv ,a comfortable bed ,and a very quiet and restful nights sleep ,lots of hot water and great shower .Plus FREE parking which in London hotels is so important ,and the tube is only 10 mins walk away ,and all for a really affordable price ,im so pleased ive found this Hotel Im in west london regularly so will be returning .

I stayed for 4 nights in September /October 2020

When I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by the rudest most unhelpful man at reception I have ever met at a hotel. He looked up and me and said I don’t have your reservation. I showed him the confirmation email of my booking and that the money had come out of my account. He just looked at me blankly and said it’s not on my computer. I said do you want to check the confirmation number to which he did whilst huffing and puffing only for it to be there. But no apology.

The key cards always stop working. They only seem to let you in once and then stop working. And every time I’d have to go back to reception to say my keys not working, the same man would Take the card stare at me then say bye. Every time I’d say I’m not checking out , my card doesn’t work.

The hotel has huge construction going on and drilling ALL day. Something they did not advertise or offer to give a discount because of. So working all night and trying to sleep during the day was out of the question as the noise was too much.

When I arrived back to the hotel in the evening, a staff member saw me indicating to pull into the car park and started pulling the gate forward to close it. I said politely excuse me , I’m staying at the hotel. He proceeded to scream at me and tell me to use the other entrance. You would have no idea there was two entrances as this other entrance is slightly down the road and not signposted so you would even know it was an entrance.

The room had no drinking water in them, or tea bags etc. There were no toiletries , not even a bar of soap. The room was clean but very very dated and smells stale.

The housekeeping staff don’t knock on the door they just open it and there’s no latch on the door to be able to stop this.

Overall it’s as if they hate there guests and don’t want them to stay there!

The worst stay in a hotel in my life

The above says it all. 

Everyone who works at this hotel simply needs to realise they are in a SERVICE industry.

Worst example of hotel service I've seen in 20 years of business travel.

Far better option available especially with the current situation

If I was the hotel owner I would be massively worried about the current staff actually driving away much needed business.

I would rather sleep on the street

I booked this hotel for my friends and I as it was short distance from twickenham to watch the 6 nations. We were woken at 0300 with sounds of scratching, upon investigation noticed that mice were living in the divan beds, we could see wrappers and bits of our take away vanishing underneath the bed! We rang reception and demanded a new room, we were moved 2 doors down into another filthy stinking pit of a room that had mouse droppings on the furniture. We moved AGAIN needing somewhere to sleep as we couldn’t drive home because of drinking the previous day for the rugby. We moved into a double room and 3 of us had to sleep in 1 double bed as that was all that was available. Again a filthy room!! I went down to complain the next morning and demand a refund for the so called manager to fob me off with the fact he couldn’t refund and that he didn’t appreciate me mentioning the mice in earshot of other customers and said  “hundreds of hotels have issues with mice” REALLY!!! none we have ever stayed in!! Biggest load of BS we’ve ever heard!! The hotel female toilets were stinking, overflowing sanitary bins, toilets with faeces right up the back! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! I’m outraged that hotels can be so poor and take people’s money! I’d rather sleep on a park bench than ever return back there.

DISGUSTING FILTHY HOTEL INFESTED WITH MICE.

Calm oasis so close to a busy hub airport. Clean, peaceful and nice surroundings with ample on site and off road parking. The support staff were attentive, always ready to assist. Lovely decor and entertainment.

It’s very cheap so you have to be realistic about what you’ll get. Room was dated but passable. Fairy clean. Telly was a bit glitchy. Free WiFi and drinks in your room. Breakfast was so-so. Service was friendly. Okay for a night.
