So I stay at this hotel for 1 night and at booking I asked for room rates
At check out I was in hurry and ask the receptionist my NRC card and ask for the rate just after I got at reception another customer come for check out as well I thought since I arrived first I will be served first however I have to wait 5 to 10 minutes for my check out apprently I am Burmese guy wearing short is not as priory as other foreign customer
Then when my turn come receptionist ask for different rate which is not same when I book so I ask is not the same rate and she ask her  colleague is that true in front of me and address me with very unpleasant way might be tradition to treat their same nationality
Yap at the end of the long festrating check out I pay for what I have been book
But I am not sure I will stay there for next visit

The hotel is well located in the city, the room is right but the bathtub leaks into the bathroom. Breakfast is not recommended formally. It is bad and no choice. Tea could wake a dead person too!

Remove the correct hotel for the standard of Burma

I spent two nights at this lovely hotel in Dawei last September-2018.I was immediately impressed upon arrival by the cleanliness of the reception area and the friendly staff.Check-in was handled speedily and the room that I was given was very large and inviting.At 40 Dollars for the single room i felt it was good value.The room was serviced daily and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.Laundry facilities were available at very reasonable rates.I have fond memories of my stay at  this hotel and can recommend it highly...I am happy to give it 10 out of 10.

Clean hotel...centrally located...recommended

Good for small Group meeting or training. Room facilities are average.  Breakfast is terrible. The restuarant has various kinds of food like Chinese,Thai and Japanese food. Taste is good and the price is reasonable.

PEN training 

This elegantly appointed hotel can be found in town, but is set back in lovely grounds.  The staff were attentive, helpful and smiling. The rooms were of reasonable size and comfortable, with a desk, bath and TV. and wi-fi.  and good airconditioning.  Obviously hotels in Myanmar are not up to Western standards yet, but at least they try here, and it was a pleasant stay.

Not sure where to begin, here is a few observations of this terrible hotel.
No loo paper is allowed down the toilet as the hotel has been fitted throughout with toilets usually found in trailers/static caravans, a small basket is thoughtfully provided (no lid) which you can use to store the soiled paper, everything will obviously smell of excrement until the following days room clean, the toilet in our room also leaked badly which didn’t help things.
A work of pure genius is evident in the electrical design of the fridge, which delivers perfectly warm beers any time of day except the morning, which is of course is the time you are most likely to want a frosty beer (all electrics, including the fridge, operate by key-card when you are in the room, if you go out the fridge automatically switches off).
We suspect that the bedsheets had been used by the previous guests and had not been changed, it also didn't look like they were changed during our short stay; merely straightened out, this is of course a difficult thing to prove.
The hotel seems to me under Basil Fawlty style management, the room and the hotel  is in a dirty condition, there was only one glass provided for the room/bathroom, the TV doesn't work and neither do some of the electrical sockets or table lamp. However this is the only bad hotel we have come across so far in our trip around Myanmar, and the standards in this country are generally high.

The advantage: super centre location in a quiet street. In the street, a travel agency to rent a scooter (Dawei Panorama which provides a city and region plan). For the rest, good quality price ratio because cheap. Low-English speaking staff and frankly breakfast to avoid (2 tests then direction Ya ta sone coffee in the same street).

Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with our stay in this hotel. The rooms were okay and clean. The staff were friendly and effortful, but could not speak English, so they could not help with questions and problems. The food was not good, the breakfast offer was not as good. There is a small travel agency nearby, which also rents motorcycles. The local guide speaks fluent English, is very friendly and can give you great tips. Around Dawei (about 30-45 minutes) there are some great beaches where you can not meet, except occasionally, a few tourists.

- Wifi is not working. - Unfriendly at the reception. - Bus to Kanchanaburi booked at the hotel. As agreed at 4.30 ready at the reception. Unfortunately there is still no bus at 5.30. - Hotel pays government tax only after multiple requests. - Breakfast very modest - price/performance absolutely not true.

Unfortunately not

The room was okay, but nothing more, bed sheets dirty, strange smell. Price-performance doesn't match. We had a double bed reserved and only got twins. Service in the hotel was disappointing and not enough for us. We paid 30,000 kyat per person for a bus, bus didn't come. Taxes are not paid in the restaurant or hotel. Breakfast box for breakfast in the bus is very sparse and monotonous. Not what we have experienced so far. We don't recommend the hotel.
