It was fine. They were flexible with my needs.The big issue was they had a 10 silence rule.My first night people laughed and yelled unto about 12:30 a.m. Other than that - it was okay. I would go back there again.

I loved how colorful it was and the unique set up of the hotel but I didn't having a room on the first floor by the front door. It was very hard to sleep at night due to people coming and going and some guests were quite loud. My bed was also slightly uncomfortable compared to my daughter's bed within the same room.

Good value-for-money. Seperate entrance to the room, which was nice. My room was not as charming as on the pictures, but it was fine as a place to stay at night.

A deposit of $50 dollars or $1000.00 pesos is required but it is possible that YOU WILL GET IT BACK! !  Don’t give them cash because they will give you the run around !  In other words you might never get it back!  If you insist they will become rude !  I they are willing to take your deposit how can you trust them to stay there???

Our family enjoyed the layout and decor of the suite. Great hospitality by the staff.

Excellent service and very good customer service, the rooms delighted me, they are very clean and always smell rich, congratulations on the speed and quality of your service, I would definitely go again and recommend the place to stay on vacation or for work, the whole area is very active and you find everything, museums, theaters, squares, etc. Definitely delighted, it is definitely a place to go and see all the different rooms they have.

I loved the place, not how to get to a hotel, it's more like arriving at someone's house nearby. They give you the keys to your room with which you can enter and exit as many times as you want, without restriction or needing to pass a reception. The service is very warm, they were always looking out for me and my needs. The room where I was staying (Borola) is super chic and elegant (congratulations!) I felt like I was in a mini apartment, I could cook right there, I saved a lot in meals. I wanted to stay there. A super plus: the location.

Excellent attention from all the staff, the girls who checked in were very nice as well as those who checked out me were always very attentive. I stayed for a week and I don't regret having booked there. Their rooms are very spacious, with a very fresh and beautiful decoration, the furniture is comfortable and very in line with the decoration. My room was equipped with the basics: pots, vases, plates, covers, cups, etc. They even lent me a liqueur. The facilities are just like the photos, there are no deception, they are beautiful! It has a very good location, the area is quiet. The price ratio is very convenient.
