well located with comfortable rooms.  Cleanliness of the bathroom and towels could have been better though.  also there isnt much privacy since rooms are located on the ground floor on a communal passageway.  We rented a bike from reception, and they also took care of our laundry.

good standard place

Guesthouse is run by a friendly and affectionate team who speak little English. It charges in cash and the receipt is issued only on request. It looks more like a motel than a guesthouse. The area is besieged by garbage bags and sometimes the bad smell reaches the entrance of the structure.

It's just in the cleanup.

One night here, with 24 hours of rain non-stop, it's not the best souvenir room a little wet welcoming useful, buy tickets right price on site a little walk from the center, but given the price, don't ask too much,

It's cheap

Rooms are shoebox size but okay for a night or two. Everything worked just fine. Rooms are cleaned daily and the staff seemed to be always active.
Quiet location but only a short walk to Ochheteul beach and many many restaurants.
If the rooms were bigger I would have given 4 stars.

Small and cosy

 I stayed at Zana Beach Guesthouse for 8 days and I found everything to my satisfaction. The bed was really comfy and even though I paid for a room without air conditioning I don't think I really needed it. The wall fan did the job and in the mornings it was pretty chilly so no need to use aircon. The restaurant closes at 2pm but that's fine because it gives me the chance to try out other restaurants within the area. The people working there were really nice and friendly... I believe I've made a whole lot of new friendship connections with the locals. The only negative thing about this place were the mosquitoes! Inside the room was fine... but I really liked sitting on the chairs outside my room. But that's when I got attacked by them. Other than that everything was perfect for me! :)

Comfy place and peaceful

Lovely inner garden with fish pond and fragrant plants, really relaxing. Great value for money, quiet location and not far from the busy areas but the staff at night time is not helpful and friendly. Beside of that everything was ok. I would recommend this place.

Good choice for family or group

I have been there 3 days and 2 nights. It was a very clean place one of the guest house in Shihaknuk Vile. They allowed me to checked in to our room early. The restaurant also very clean.

I will stay there again if I visit this province again.

Clean Home!!!!

I've been staying at the Zana Guesthouse for a week. You pay $20 at the front desk without booking. The guesthouse is just a few minutes' walk from Golden Lion and Ocheuteal Beach (not recommended). All rooms are air-conditioned and faned. In front of each room is a small table with seating (smoking area). Cleanliness - top! As a negative you might see that the rooms are small and somewhat dark.

Nice guesthouse centrally and quietly located

It is recommended only because of its proximity to the port (400 m) and its price. However, it is far from Otres Beach (recommended for beaches next to the port) which is reached by tuk tuk 10 USD round trip.

Passing by

We took the family room. Clean, spacious enough, two large beds. Every day we brought water. A well-maintained inner courtyard with a swimming pool (children liked it very much). There is a parking lot for bays. At night they close with a shallow bay. 7-10 minutes to the sea is no hurry. With the children to reach the beach was no problem. The distance to the lions is about the same, maybe even a little closer. I liked it very much. I recommend.
