The rooms were dusty and i have a sensitive nose. The water had to be turned on outside making it difficult for someone who wanted to bath early. No WIFI was the biggest no-no. I would not recommend, even to my worst enemy. They need to improve

Excellent  staff ,smart area very accessible  i would recommend this place 👌👌👌👌. Centrally located walkable distance to and from the shopping areas  i really enjoyed my stay here .They also serve good breakfast 😋

The rite inn

Arrived in Livingstone with no place booked to sleep and decided to stop at Rite Inn. Was a pleasant surprise as it was very affordable, neat and clean and very helpful staff.The room was very spacious with decent TV programs and  good clean ablutions Certainly value for money and I will stop over at the Rite Inn again..

Overnight stay

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff isn't very prompt when you need their help. The key to our room was broken so getting in was a bit of a struggle. Breakfast was also a bit shady. But all that mattered was the room tbh. 

Not quite rite

This appears to be a business run hotel. There is no mosquito net, just a fan with one speed, enough to take a helicopter into the air. The full English breakfast was half English. Very small, unknown type of sausage and squash not juice. No black tea, only roobush which is not English style tea. Cleaning in the dining room could be better, dust on the mid height rail, not very hygienic.

Could be a little better

I have been staying at Rite Inn each time that I visited Livingtone and the services have been relatively good.  Lately, the quality of service has deteriorated. Firstly it wad the water being erratic in the shower rooms and the pressure not consistent. Then it was no bath towels in rooms, power food preparation and servicing,  dirty table clothes and finally poor management. I booked ten days in advance and the reservation confirmed. On the due date I reconfirmed the reservation by phone and I was assured the rooms I booked were on reservation. When I reached the inn I was told the rooms were taken up. I  had to look for alternative accommodation. All on all the service quality has gone down. The location is excellent

Stayed there a couple of times, but the last time was the last, new owners??, Sorry never again, Bugs in the bed, and not as clean as it was . it is quite noisy at the bar, and the food is not what it used to be, the orders were wrong, and I don,t recommend anybody there anymore, I sure don't know what happened.
