Excellent service from staff. The room was very tidy and clean. I recommend staying here as it’s also close to a small town with shops and multiple different entertainment and markets for you to stroll about as long as you can and coming back to a comfortable room where you can just relax.

Comfortable

Excellent service from the staff, they were very kind and checked us in smoothly ,our room was excellent, very open and clean. Would defo recommend to others. The hotel is walking distance to the main town area for food and shops. 10/10 great.

Great and helpful staff, very clean place and a wonderful and helpful welcome!!
My room was clean and there is easy access to the shopping centre and nearby restaurants, looking forward to visiting again soon :)

Amazing staff and nice hotel

Got all the information we needed. Top level customer service for the receptionist. Room was well prepared and organised. Comfortable and warm environment. The bedroom and toileters are neat and clean. Perfect bedroom size. Good location easy to find.

Staff at the reception was very good, and my room was very clean and tidy and the bathroom is very clean everything clean nice very nice .Welcomed with a great smile especially Roxana nice location which is close to everywhere.

Very good!

My partner and I had booked a night stay and was told when we arrived we were going to be staying in an accessible room (which means two single beds pushed together). The hotel staff then proceeded to talk me at least 7 times that that was what I’d booked, even while I was showing them proof in the way of my email confirmation that we hadn’t. No apology was given and was simply told “well if you want to complain, go on the website”

Rude staff

I want to express my gratitude to Jose, Izabella and Paula for their exceptional service during my stay. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The hotel itself was absolutely impeccable and spotless, with every detail taken care of for the utmost comfort and convenience of guests.

Outstanding Service

We were going to the ABBA show and visiting friends in Romford. We stayed for two nights. Place was clean and tidy and our bedroom was fine. Good price for our stay and we weren’t far away from anywhere we wanted to go. Roxana the supervisor very helpful during our stay.
