Small, cozy, staffed (which will now be changed for personal reasons) very available. Rooms are a little small, but functional. It's not true that it's dirty, as others have said, maybe the previous staff was, I've mixed well. Breakfast more than plentiful and excellent, just as I wanted. The only new thing is the distance from public transport and I, who am not a great walker for personal reasons, had to recommend calling the cab. Always, they are restructuring it, it will be even better.

Nice, but far away, recommended for those who want to walk.

I'll be brief: imagine the worst possible -- this place will overcome it. We stayed a little while ago: very dirty and narrow rooms, breakfast that leaves you wanting, bed on a square and a half attached to the window, and then you can only get out from one side, and, you hear, you hear: windowless bathroom, with only one ventilator, and the space is so narrow that you can only close the door by bending your legs to the maximum. Again, there is no real bathroom, the shower is transparent without a door to separate it from the room, and, having come with a friend, you can understand the embarrassment. When we arrived, the laundry was full, and there were so many heads on the porch.

Get back in the car!

Quite location close to Tufnell station.  The room is clean, comfortable, quite, and has a TV. 
I enjoying my stay although the room is basic but for what I paid I got more than I expected.  The manager is a friendly gentleman.  Also the lady there, Juvann, is a helpful and friendly woman.  

Nice breakfast and the shared toilet was very clean 

Would definitely come back and I would certainly recommend to friends and family.  

Nice stay

Stayed in this small B&B for 5 nights, in a very small room with an even smaller bathroom. Very interesting experience when trying to shower with almost no waterpressure and either hot (and I mean very hot) or cold water. Not the cleanest hotel I've experienced, but the sheets and towels were OK. The main positive points: the breakfast and the little garden (where we could have our breakfast), but regrettably closed the rest of the day. Another plus, the very nice personnel.

Situated in a calm residential area the hotel is however well located with regards to public transports and close to Holloway road, where you can find restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

You get what you pay for

Since I've recently returned from London, I feel like recommending this hotel to those who have little expectations and only use it as a support point. It is about 10 minutes from Tuffnel Park (metro's black line) in a very nice, residential and quiet area. The rooms are not very large but all in all they are good. Breakfast is average...both Italian and English is prepared at the moment by the owner.

Outside it's very nice and familiar... The cleaning is nothing Michaela who is in charge doesn't treat you well and even gets angry because you ask for breakfast seems to bother her customers the bathrooms of the rooms are less than a square meter and this is all the shower, the laundry and the batting a terrible madness.

Psimo is the name of the game.

We expected a tiny room and a little bathroom, but we never guess we would be staying in a dusty, dirty and horrible place.

We even got a mouse in our bedroom that we had to take out because nobody wanted to do anything.

Never got a "we are sorry", justiça a Key for another filthy room.

Hotel neightmare

I highlight the excellent care and willingness of the staff in charge, the cleanliness of the place.- The rooms were not very large but comfortable enough to rest after long days of walking.

Attention is given.

States it is a hotel, but is a bed and breakfast.  Small rooms with shared shower and bathroom in hallway.  Both extremely small.  Shower was very dirty, vent was clogged with dirt.  Mattress were very hard and uncomfortable. Room was very hot.  No way to control the temperature in room.   Only one chair in the room no desks or tables.  Didnt take advantage of breakfast due to limited options.  Wifi barely worked, had to use our data package with our carrier.  Pictures definitely made it look much better than it is. Can not check in after 11pm.  Tried contacting them prior to arrival to see how to check in due to plane arriving at 1050pm.  Phone would just ring and then it sounded like someone would pick up and then hang up.  Sent an email a couple of days prior to arrival and no response.  Due to late arrival and no one to check us in we had to get a different hotel and fighting to get refund on night we were unable to stay.  Received a phone call at 730 am from a man stating he received multiple phone calls from my number and wanted to know who I was, but never identified himself until I asked if he was calling from Five Kings Hotel did he acknowledge who he was.  Mind you, he called me at that time after getting settled into other hotel at approximately 330 am and was extremely tired after a long day of travel and much frustration trying to contact this hotel about checking in. Lady who was working upon arrival was rude and not very helpful at all. Booked through another site, tried contacting hotel through email with regards to a late check in (mind you my confirmation states late check in guaranteed) and received no response. Would not recommend!

Poorly advertised

We went on a family trip this past July and enchanted the place the zone 2 very close to the zone 1 super ubicated we walked 4 squares and reached the metro bus super close to my room if you had a bath inside is small the room because in London the majority of the time, the best hostess gave the best breakfasts a lot of hygiene in the quiet passive place we will return to the same place because we had an incredible time, after London we traveled to Paris to a hotel that is nothing compared to the desires of tea and toasted bread, aca serving unlimited cereal, milk, cafe table mermaids, tocosis and cream that in London can help you super super everything that is very expensive, I highly recommend tea x roche and cream.
