Booked through work - the confirmation email said I would receive a further email with check in instructions, but none was forthcoming. The booking agency tried calling the number provided but the call was not answered. Luckily the door to the building was open, but I was left clueless as to where my room was or how to get in, it was 10pm & my only recourse was to set the Fire Alarm off! This brought another resident out of their room & they showed me where my room card would be etc. The alarm then continued to go off inside the building for at least an hour! The whole experience was chaotic & they really need to sort out how people are checked in, when no one is present. I stay in lots of apartment hotels up & down the country & this was by far the most unpleasant checking in experience.

Well never been so disappointed in a room , it wasn’t ready and a sink full of something and a plug that didn’t work so we couldn’t get rid of it,  a shower that flooded the bathroom when used. Noisy fridge to the point in turning it off , we rang up straight away to be told there were  no rooms available, so we called the following day and was offered another room but the site manager basically called me a liar for complaining and saying the room wasn’t ready and checked before our arrival, and to offer a 10% discount on our next trip lol I certainly won’t be using them again and will telling ppl to avoid the place.

Disappointed

As an oldtimer is more difficult to understand this modern and fast living of the new generations, but once I understood the whole thing it was a very, very nice way of spending our 9 day stay in London. Well communicated by red buses and underground. Food stores in a 10 minute walk. You felt in your own apartment by far. Clean and neat. Everything worked perfectly. Dishes, glassware, Washing and drying machine. Fridge, oven, microwave. Bathroom tiny but perfect. Clean towels, several sizes. Good bed. Four pillows. Sofa and tele. No noisy neighbors. Safe. My wife and I felt locals. Gladly we will repeat the experience!

Really Native in Camden

Very satisfied with my stay in this Apartment Hotel. Easy access, clean, comfortable and quiet. For my next stay in London I'm counting on coming back. Just watch the shower, there's a hose missing at the shower door and so I almost flooded the bathroom the first time!

Comfortable and calm

we were in a first floor studio. It is great value for money, slightly out of the way, but work well for us. a good 10 mins walk from Caledonian Rd tube, but plenty of mini-shopping opportunities for supplies there, and a smaller well stocked but expensive corner shop just round the corner from the Hotel itself. Room showing a few signs of wear, but well equipped, and clean, good value for London. Tea, coffee and milk supplied in sachets. Biggest drawback for us was the 10 oclock checkout, which on a Sunday is just cruel.....

It was the perfect accommodation for my wife and myself for our 7 nights stay.  It offered all we needed in a modern, contemporary, building.  Compared to other accommodations in London, this is definitely better than many.  Nobody checks the room during your stay, one suggestion for the management would be to check every three/four days if the room is running out of basic supplies.

Better accommodation than others

Attending a gig in Kentish Town this apartment was absolutely perfect. Clean, warm, well equipped, comfortable bed. Totally suited our needs and would more than happily use again (in fact it's pretty much guaranteed)
Instructions emailed, easy access. Directions provided were faultless. Overall a very good experience

Perfect for our needs

He stayed 12 days in Native Camden. The apartment is fine. It's good size and is well equipped, has everything, board, washing machine, tent... The area is very residential with nothing, no restaurants or bars, nothing. The metro is also about 700 meters away. There is no reception, so if you have any problems it's all over the phone. They're friendly. He's had problems with wifi and heating. The apartments are clean, improvisable, and clean one area once a week alone.

I have booked a double bed studio. This service apartment is clean and spacious enough. The utensils are provided in the apartment. It is well located (approximately 15 minutes from King's Cross Station, by bus), and there are several grocery store nearby. 
However, the apartment is not really soundproof (you can hear people walking and talking down the corridor).

I’ve stayed with native many times now but probably won’t chose them again

I received an email 4 days before my stay to tell me my room was no longer available (over booked??) but I could have a basement apartment and a small discount 
It was too later to book anywhere else in budget when I looked so accepted

Problem started when I arrived. My room was B3. In the basement there are rooms  B1,2,3 and just 1,2,3,4 - not realising this and (wrongly) assuming everything in the basement would be B, I tried to get into room 3. - my key didn’t work
I called the emergency number and it was answered immediately. They gave me a code for the unlock key - the key that must get you into every apartment and I was able to get into what I thought was my room-3 

Very quickly saw that this was someone else’s room and immediately left. It was then the man on the phone asked if I was 3 or B3!

Anyway my original key worked when at the right apartment

However the room wasn’t great, clean , functional, damp on the skirting board, very oppressive and given I purposefully hadn’t booked a basement (wasn’t an option so can only assume when they over book their better rooms they plonk people in there that they don’t advertise) this was a grim stay
