We booked an apartment for 2 couples for one night. Well-arranged reception by a young girl who contacted us earlier by text to confirm our arrival time. Very well equipped, modern apartment with good bedding, refrigerator and coffee equipment in the rooms. Bathroom with bathtub. Ideally located on the beach, with restaurant and grocery store 2 steps

We came to Nautilus in May when it still gets cold during the nights in Poland. However, the owners refused to turn on any heating in the apartment (the owner told us that we expect too high temperature and they do not control the computer that manages the heating in the building!!! - can you imagine such rubbish???). We slept first 2 nights in jumpers and 2 layers of shirts. My 2-year old kid had 4 layers on. We asked for help of the Sun&Snow agency who rented us the apartment but after discussions with the owners, their gave up and offered us transfer to another location. The owners did not understand that temperature in the building is something absolutely basic if they want to rent out apartments to guestes. This happened in spring, but I can imagine that during the summer season there are other issues - which normally you would never expect but in Nautilus it becomes a problem (like your shower does not work  or there is no hot water and they will tell you that you have the sea nearby to swin for instance... I would not be surprised with those people). I really recommend to avoid this place, eventhough the location is good. Despite the transfer to another location, my, my husband and my son came back home sick and still cannot recover from the cought and soar throat.

Only for those who like "survival" (definitely not for families with children)

When I was booking the apartment on booking.com website they gave me total price of 50£ for two nights, but when I arrived to Gdansk someone from the Sn&Snow company told me that there is an additional payment of 30£ for cleaning.I wasn't prepered for that and i had just small amount of money that time. I called the menager but he was blaming booking.com for everything and he didnt want to take any responsibility and he didn't help at all. he wasn't nice. Also they took the money from my account before i arrived!! every normal hotel take the money next to the client.. Also the fridge didn't work, and I did't find the dvd that booking.com mention about. I lost my mood for the whole two days I were there and dealing with those people was a nightmare
