This hotel had great sea view. Room was cleaned daily. Very beautiful place. Only problem was on 5th floor and no lift. Also a lot of steps down to beach and back. Not for people with any walking difficulties. Asked if could move down a few floors and told couldn’t. Was unaware was on top floor. Please check before which floor! The place is lovely but quiet. A few nice restaurants but not much else here. Can go to Budva on bus though which a bit more lively in about 20 mins.

Great sea view but lots of stairs.

Stayed at the end of September 2019.189 steps to the beach it is  good exercise. Local dishes, served at the hotel, were delicious, thank you for the staff and owner Kristo. Service - was very good for 3 stars

Very pleasant stay

We stayed at this hotel for the second year in a row. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are convenient. There is a TV, air conditioner, teapot, cups, glasses in the room. There are fans and cups you can take at the reception. You can also ask for plates-wheels, etc. If the room has a balcony. There is also a nice view. Last year we had a room without a balcony, but we were all satisfied. There is no elevator, it is hard to carry bags on 4-5 floors. There is Internet, on every floor your router. Sometimes flys. Breakfast is weak. Last year there were buses every morning, at this there is no.

Second time in July.

The room is spacious, the view from the balcony is beautiful, everything is fine, except for the service, breakfast for two people, the owners pretend they don't understand Russian (although the information is written in Russian), they don't speak English, and they go down to the sea 100 meters.

The normal number.

We arrived at the hotel at 7:30 a.m. and there was no one at the reception. But later the hotel's maid-girl came in and said that breakfast was not allowed at 12:00 a.m. As long as there was a live tent of grapes and kiwis, the grapes of which hung right above the tables. Very comfortable. But everything was fine. 1. It's a good option.

The villa itself is good, the usual clean rooms. The rating of 3 is for changing the towels every day. There is a TV in the room, a refrigerator, a teapot that shortens the room. There is no fan in the room. Breakfast is terrible. You can choose the cereal with milk and bread from the Swedish table. The rest is impossible to eat.

There's no desire to return here.

I started to get negative reviews and was worried if I didn't waste my time despite the small budget of the trip. The result: I stayed with my husband in DEVILATION of EVERYTHING! The villa itself is clean, neat, well-located, nice hostess, helped us in everything. The view from the rooms Front Sea View is chic, no extra words.

It's a great option for price and quality.

Our firm held a small 2-day conference here. I don't know what the principle was that they chose this hotel, but I still didn't know what was so bad. There's no hot water in the shower, the shower cabin is falling apart. They're feeding lousy, they're walking around looking for food. The staff knows a few words in Russian, but exactly when they're comfortable. Sleeping is cold, it's dull. The dress was hard to get. Normally I only fell asleep because I was seriously tired of the internet.

It's cheap, but the quality sucks.

* Poor service (same personnel for cooking and room cleaning). Room service don't include  the floor cleaning. Locally it's normal for guests to take out the trash.
* Awful breakfasts (only one warm dish, no toasts, worst quality sausages, the cheapest coffee, no fruits). No breakfast allowed for free at the day of arrival.
* No real "Sea view" at the first floor (but the price is about 20% higher).
* Terrible smell from the sew from time to time.

Guests are mainly from Russia and Ukraine. Approximately 200 stairs to the sea.

Disappointed 

The bathroom was not clean when we arrive and the room cleaning during our stay was also very poor. 
I was shocked when the woman who serves breakfast told me that she will kill the dog that came on the porch. Later i heard the owner beating the dog twice and the dog ran for his life.  
This tells everything to me. Obviously they have no respect for anything or anyone. I don't recomend staying here at all.
