Poor service, the super hot water rack if the water runs out, people are very despotic especially receptionists, the manager is rude, the service of the restaurant is slow and very expensive!

The worst service ever.

We were staying with 57 people, having the thousands and one incidents: no hand towels, taking a bath, all night there is a noise of a motor that won't let you sleep. There were rooms where there were no bath towels, no internal telephone network, no telephone in all rooms. I was informed that the water temperature was ambient, it was HELADA. Don't wait in the restaurant because they have another event at the hotel. Literally, they tell you they won't attend. The hiring lady is never, all the time she's looking for you. The hiring lady wanted to be rude, mocking and losing control of reception occupancy. Literally, we were asked to leave the hotel when the hiring lady had been months away from leaving the room.

Nothing can be done

The hotel is very nice, the green areas are beautiful, the rooms are nice too, however, they commented that the pool was temperature controlled and actually it was cold, the water in the showers is coming and going while you bathe, which is uncomfortable and the bathroom tubes don't smell well. The service is a little slow, although that is the least. Ultimately what displeased us most is that by booking so many rooms we were given the opportunity to leave at a certain time, but as we could not be given the breakfast service because we were many and forty thousand excuses and time restrictions that did not fit our plan and therefore we discommended elsewhere (recommended by someone from there), the superintendent asked us to withdraw agnos 2 hours earlier.

 Our experience 

In the past we stayed a few times and were satisfied. This time we were surprised to see the sudden decline of the establishment. It is a pity because the place is picturesque and the garden is beautiful. The staff is friendly and does their best but the hotel management definitely needs a call of attention.

This Hotel, which is a bit downtown appeal, but very quiet if location, has a fairly large and free parking lot, the rooms are well equipped with nice furniture, the bathroom is also without any faults, in cold weather, you put on an electric heater, the common areas and gardens are nice, I have no reference to the restaurant as I do not use it, however outside the hotel walking there are shops and fonditas, in general this is a very good option.

The hotel in appearance is beautiful, but the manager, a person totally lacking professionalism, received us literally in a chaos. There was an event and she was participating as if she were invited, dancing and drinking her drinks. The room has no power socket, there are the buros with the lamps but they are disconnected and there is no place to connect them, and there is no place to connect to charge devices (a single plug in the whole room) The bathroom was detrimental to the drainage, they had to apply a desoridant and chlorine, and they ended up putting some towels on top so that the smell does not go up to the rooms on the second floor, I would not want to know the smell of the lower floor. The hotel only has a cameraman, and two personal tables, insufficient.

Hotel with enough faults.

Although the rooms are very luxurious, they are comfortable and cozy, the service and food in the restaurant are very good, the quality/price ratio is very well achieved.

Sixteen years ago, I had the pleasure of staying here for an apprenticeship; I liked it so much that I promised to return; well, I'm here now and I'm very disappointed. The facilities are still good, the location is excellent; but, the rooms have already seen their best days. They're somewhat neglected. The amenities are very basic. The bedroom TV is old and more than half the channels look bad. The internet is low power and almost nowhere to the rooms. The restaurant is good, but only for lunch and dinner here! Avoid breakfast here! I sincerely hope that in the future they'll invest a little in the hotel; that and some advertising, they'll definitely resuscitate it.

Terrible hotel, worst I have ever been to. Mold, damp and expensive! We stayed one night, immediately upon entering the room you could smell the dampness. Sheets were so damp that we suffered most of the night with the cold. The shower was full of mold. I have stayed in many hotels in Mexico and throughout, this one by far the worst one ever!
