Upon check-in, our bathroom was covered in mold, cigarette butts, and stunk of sulfur farts. We asked to get it cleaned, a man came and played with a squeegee in there for about 2 minutes, no cleaning products, looked the same as it did before, and had the audacity to ask us for money when he was “finished”. This place is rough. The shower stinks of sulfur farts and leaks into the bedroom. There’s no hot water or A/C. The standard needs to be higher, this place is a depression hole.

Forget this dump. Go next door to Ajay Hotel as the place is under much better management. 
I was told a regular room is 500r, a/c room 800r. The a/c worked for only two hours before shutting down so I was uncomfortable all night after a long flight to India. The management is completely indifferent to any standard being set or concern for customer satisfaction. They just don't give a sh*t. Refund of 300r completely out of the question. No business etiquette as in the west. Sinks are never cleaned; sheets are old and dirty/stained; rooms squalid; who owns this place????anyway....just sad sad sad....some young incompetent child is responsible for housekeeping but I can only say the same for the lazy "adults" supposedly managing this dump. Tama-guna all the way....Ajay Hotel is much more sattvic. Never giving them my business again

Indifferent management of a Doghouse

I paid a very expensive price to find out that the sheets are so dirty, very old bed, the toilet door is broken and the toilet smells sooo bad, a window is broken and the no hot water in the shower that is already too dirty. I hated every second I spent in that room but I couldn’t leave cause I already paid in advance. 

The worst hotel ever

Dirty room, dirty bed sheets, broken shower, disgusting toilet... Аnd that's only part of it. Better to stop here! All that topped up with rude and disrespectful personnel!
I would strongly recommend everyone to stay away from that place!

Extremely unpleasant experience!

the rooms are very dirty, i saw one with a very very small window
the price is too high, ecpecially for the rooms there.

Very disappointed! 
The rooms are not so clean and very old. 
In my room the water stopped and I end up taking a shower in other room. 
WiFi don't work in the room only down, and it's not fun sitting in the hallway. 
In general it's a place you never recommend your friend. 
The workers are noisy at night and travel agency is not cheap too. 
Go back to main road in front of Sam's cafe there's small corridor, over there you'll find happy and his father sham. 
You can ask them anything they are the most honest and fair I've seen. All ways try to help and one of the fewest in this street that still look at us as people and not just walking wallets ! ! ! 
This is my 3rd time in India and seeing my own eyes this family help me and others. once you get in you see travelers reviews on the wall in many languages. I wrote too 
Because I wanted, Happy not ask me to do so. That the way he his shay and respectful. He will never be on the main street approaching you as you pass by ,

Stay away!!!

Great location in the heart of Delhi, easy access to all the sights. Main market, all the business. A bunch of cafes and restaurants nearby, great for such low prices. If you need a budget option for a couple nights, you're here!

It's perfect for a budget.

Best hotel for budget room seekers.
Location: awesome location. Near to many restaurants and shopping places, you know about the main market pahar ganj.
Room: very very very good . it was so nice and clean. Not much spacious but well worth for rs: 450
Bath room: small but clean with hot water 
So quiet even when it is in the middle of the main market
Staff: friendly and helpful staff
I am gonna stay here only on my next trip. See the photos attached
