The room is large and clean and the bathroom is decent but the whole atmosphere is a decaying powder. In our room the wardrobe was broken and a missing ant, a broken fan and the air conditioner placed on the bed lost a few drops of water that ended up on the pillow. Problem solved by moving the bed from the wall by about 10 cm. For the price paid in line with expectations

Friendly and genuine service and good value food. English breakfast to traditional Greek food all excellent and tasty! Great coffee too. Clean and great service with little extras given complimentary. Genuine friendliness 

Genuine friendly service 

We were very impressed by the hospitality of the staff (husband and wife): as soon as we arrived, our wife offered us fresh water. Then, since our room was not yet ready, our husband advised us to go for a walk to Rodi, took our luggage into custody and brought them directly to our room. At the end of the vacation, they also gave us a gift. Very simple and very special people. Come on, you won't be disappointed. In the surroundings there are supermarkets and restaurants. In 20 minutes, on foot, you can get to the center. If you have to take the bus to go to the airport, the ferry is on the promenade, just cross it. If you prefer to stay near Agino's studios there is a two-street resort; if you want to enter the hotel pool, you have 4 euros (if you want to enter the big pool, if you want to go to the big hotel), if you want to go to the sea (if you want to go to the big pool, you have 4 euros)

Unique hospitality and kindness

They were greeted with a great smile and fresh water. The husband and wife staff, of a unique kindness, available for all the info and even a simple chat. They often offer fruit to those who come back in the evening and stop in the atrium, one evening also the moussaka. Great staff for cleaning, always done with good expertise, change of sheets and towels every day (always refurbished). Simple and cozy room, the n 34 with a view of the sea, beautiful and spacious. With balcony where there was also a cordilla to lay the laundry, two comfortable chairs, with a table, to enjoy a wonderful outlet by means of a fresh bargain.

What a welcome.

My boyfriend and I stayed in the hotel in July, after booking a reservation. It was even better than we imagined. A spacious room, well furnished with a kitchen full of dishes, pots, glasses. The terrace faced the sea, and the room was ventilated, and it was done without the use of the air conditioner. The bathroom is small, but livable and window-lined. We would be impeccable clean, towels changed every day. The owner is very nice, a very good person. As soon as we arrived he put us in the suitcases and offered us water. He was always available for information and offers. One evening he recommended us to prepare dinner (with a sweet compressor) and a nice evening offer he took us to the GIEZ. Seva's studio is the best!

This is the second year that I am going on holiday to Rodi... and this is the second time that I have chosen Seva's Studios! It is in a good location (near agla hotel, behind the blue sky - new rodi), close to the sea (wind beach). The owners are good people and welcome the guests with kindness and availability... the hotel has been recently renovated (and it is noticeable), with elevator and air conditioning... the rooms are equipped with kitchen (small) and are bright... finally the view is really nice!! I advise everyone!!!
