This place felt like home.  

We had room 61 for 2 nights for our first time in Athens and we felt like we were at home.  It is about 2 - 3 blocks an easy quiet walk through a residential area from the airport bus (X95) drop-off point.  The young many at the front desk was very helpful with directions, maps, and tips.

We arrived late around midnight and felt totally safe walking through the neighborhood, and throughout our stay.  We loved the apartment suite like feel, adorable very functional kitchen, great city overlook, quiet, comfortable beds, and it just felt like home.  It has a super cute adorable little elevator.  

You need patience with the WiFi but seriously you are not going to Greece to check your Social media status, but for the amazing history, culture, people, and of course the wonderful food!

Speaking of food, make sure to tell the front desk before 22:00 your breakfast requests for a killer boxed breakfast in the morning.  One of the most amazing breakfasts I have had we could have stayed in the room all morning savoring it.

About a block from the airport bus drop there is a major Metro "M" Evangelismos station with easy access to Syntagma Square that will get you anywhere you need to go in Athens.  

Besides easy access to the M, about 2 - 3 blocks from the hotel there is a cute grocery store for a great local experience.

 We felt like it was a great way to ease into Athens in a quiet residential community, a comfortable, felt like home setting, and very friendly staff.  

When you leave for the day drop off your room key and pick it up when you get back.

I stayed for a week and changed twice the room, because of the unbearable moldy smell. Nothing helped. This place is dangerous for people with allergy and asthma. Coming back home, I had to check in a hospital. 
The location is vet y good, in a quiet residential area, the staff is helpful, but the need of new washable flooring is urgent.

It was a good experience. Quiet place, close to the metro station ( 7 minutes). Friendly and helpfull staff. The room was cozy, very clean. Beautiful and big balcony.  Many restaurants in the area. Close to the funiculaire. Thank you!

Good experience

Very well located hotel apartment, close to Megaro Mousikis. Great quality of hospitality and good advice. Very good price/quality ratio. Reception open 24/7. Breakfast must be ordered the day before.

Very well located

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. It is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood. It is about 7 min walk to two metro stations. Restaurants and supermarkets are also within walking distance. The room is large, with a large baloney. The bathroom and kitchen are outdated. Lighting in the apartment is not great either. It does not have a desk in the living room that I can use my laptop. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Good location, quiet neighborhood, good value

We were a family of four. Got a big room but not clean, very old and not maintained properly. We stayed for two nights and on the second night and the next day the air condition did not work. They had a problem with it but they provided one fan only after we asked, and didn't have another one even though we needed an extra one. We felt it was a big problem, unfortunately the nice but inefficient staff didn't agree with us.... not recommend!! Over priced for what you get.

The location of the hotel is great ,very near to the metro and two station from Syntagma Square.
Very good services especially the reception. Rooms very clean and a quiet hotel.  Need some changes in the furniture like mirrors and kitchenette.  
The hotel is a good one if you take in consideration the price of the room.

great location

Located near the "Evangelismos" subway station (blue line), this apartment hotel is perfect for city excursions. At a walking distance are major museums, like the Benaki Museum, the Museum of Cycladic Art, the National Gallery (closed this period for renovations), the Byzantine and Christian Museum and of course the Parliament and Syntagma Square which are also accesible by the subway. You can choose also to walk through Kolonaki area which is a very famous shopping area to get towards the city center. The hotel itself was very nice. The reception was very friendly and polite and very helpfull whenever needed. My apartment was quite big with a bedroom (very comfortable bed), a bathroom (quite big), a small kitchen and a living room while the wifi was excelent. There was also a distance view of the Parthenon which was easily seen from my room (5th floor) during night when it is illuminated (during day it is hard to see among the surrounding buildings!). The rooms were also very clean. So this hotel was a very nice surprize for me especially if you consider the price of the room. I think that is a very good choice to visit Athens!

Apartments in a very convenient location and price!

I'd give the place 4.5 out of 5 stars, the rooms might actually need a refurbishment, but the most important thing is that the service is great, everything works, and most importantly, it's clean.
