I enjoyed my stay at this property, very confortable, clean which is all you need for few nights, breakfast was great as well. I like the location nearby to the shops and restaurants. I use a los this hotel brands and like very much the services


Great value, great stay

Really, there was not much to like. I got into the hotel after a long day of travel. The receptionists then asked for my ID which I gave her. She then insisited on me giving her my children who are both very much minors I.D's of which I refused. The 2 ladies at the front, then isisted that it was a requirement. I travel several times every few months and always with my children. NEVER ever have I been asked for their IDs.  Obviously, at this point of banter that continued at least 5 minutes I was annoyed, and told them to return my money, I will contact an attorney and that the fact that we are black does not constitute different rules for us. They then changed their tone. The room was past basic, looked nothing like the photos and you need to use a keycard for the lights. The dish box sits infront of the television,  literally blocking the screen. Never again. I stayed here out of desperation to get a  passprt appointment. NEVER AGAIN! Ironically, I moved on to our other city the next day, stayed at a 4 star hotel and was never asked for the ID's of my children. You pay for the mentality of people they hire. Brainless.

This hotel simply not what you expect , very noisy during night from barking dogs and traffic and more noise in the morning for construction , no hot water tap . Simply has on tap for cold water , over all sleeping on the street was better than being in the room

Hotel centrico. good attention. personal attention. clean room. street view without noise during the night. near cathedral and park. air conditioned cable TV card with sensor to turn on lights next to the door. prevention bridge at the entrance. antibacterial gel next to the elevator. pc in the reception area is unknown if they are in use.

Buen hotel 

Everything was impeccable everything was clean very well everything and the service was very good also when you spend the night with me baby that day it was raining hard and not a single noise was heard we slept super well everything.

Was the second best hotel that I stayed in while in Guayaquil (I only stayed in two). The word I would use to describe this place is "meh" in that it has everything you would expect but still feels pretty run-down. It was also more expensive than other hotels that I stayed in which made my experience more disappointing. The best part about this place was the location as it was a block from the central plaza and a 10 minute walk from the Malecon (the city's main attraction). There  were also plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance which was very convenient. All things considered, I wouldn't stay here again though.

Good for a Night or Two while Passing Through

I had stayed at the hotel the previous year, and due to the good experience I was able to stay with my partner again, and it was even better. The room has air conditioning, hot water, cable TV (a few channels that is). The cleanliness is quite good, recognizing that it is daily, complete, and always leaving soap and shampoo. The reception was very friendly with us, very attentive when we went out, supporting us if we needed a taxi (for example).

Very good, excellent value for money.

If you are looking for an amazing hotel then for 20dollars you arnt going to get the standards you expect. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! 

My boyfriend and I stayed here one night before our Galapagos trip and one night after if we were here longer we would have stayed at hotel Sander longer! 

The staff are excellent, the WiFi is great (only in the lobby) the rooms are everything You want bed bathroom, air con yes here is nothing fancy on the walls but for 20 dollars we thought it was AMAZING! 

We did have windows in our room 2 in fact (again you get what you pay for) so the cheaper the room the less you get ? 

It was a bit noisy at night as we were right next to the main road but it didn’t stop us getting to sleep 

All in all this hotel is great for 1 or 2 nights maybe ever more. The hotel staff even checked us in early from our early flight at 7am which was even better. I would highly recommend this hotel. 

Great Value for money, excellent budget hotel

The rooms have air conditioning and the beds are comfortable. The hot water was a problem, but it was easy to bathe without problems. The location is good, it is 8 blocks from the river bank, where there is a giant wheel and various attractions.

Well, well, well, well.

The price was right, the room was right, I was switched from room to room because they forgot to clean mine, but they fixed the problem, it was fine!! The central location is very close to the mall, the museums, etc.
