Best host ever

Stumbled across this charming place while looking for somewhere to stay for 3 nights in Hong Kong, and was surprised by how the rating could possibly be that high, for what, on the outside, seemed like a fairly ordinary place. When I couldn't find anywhere to book a room online, and I had to email the owner to make a booking, I was even more puzzled. Yet, I persisted and made a booking, and boy, am I glad I did!

The sky-high rating is absolutely deserved. Samuel, who runs the establishment, and Fanny, who will also often staff reception are absolutely wonderful and lovely people. They are extremely helpful and I can guarantee they will make you smile every time you talk to them, they are also very capable at English.

As for location, all you need to do is look at the map, it's right in the middle of everything, on a bustling, yet not too noisy street (due to low car traffic), in a nice neighborhood. It's 3 minutes away from Tsim Sha Tsui station, which will take you to Hong Kong Island in one stop, or further into Kowloon if you go the other way.

The establishment is located on the 6th floor with a modern lift available to take you there. Our room was nice and clean, and actually not terribly small for Hong Kong standards (meaning there was a little bit of extra space, not occupied by the bed or bathroom).

Next time we return to Hong Kong, we will definitely be staying here, and we recommend you do too!

A gem in the heart of Kowloon

For those who know Hong Kong cheap accommodation is reserved for surprises and in any case the room will be small. At the Inn Spirit apart from the impeccable reception of Samuel the manager and its availability everything is perfect: cleanliness, calm, bed, amenities. Perfectly located in Kowloon the building is modest in size and the elevator looks new and there is no tail!

We booked a 5-night stay at JustInn from February 7-12.

The owner, Samuel, was very accomodating and even allowed us to checkin 2 hours early!

The location is perfect!  Very near Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station, 7-11, and a lot of dining choices along the street.  There's also a nearby international supermarket.  And for Filipinos like us, Jollibee is very nearby as well! :)

The room is what we expected, based on the photos we've seem online, so no surprise there.  Despite the small space, we slept comfortably.  Shower is a bit tiny, but it'll do.  Plus, free instant coffee and warm/cold water in the common area.

If you will just use the room to sleep in and shower, this is the perfect location for you.  

Will definitely book here again when we come back! 

Perfect Location!

We stayed in the triple room and didn't feel cramped. There were drawers provided to store our things and hangers for our clothes. Room was cleaned everyday and towels changed. It is close to TST A1 exit and the A21 bus stop to the airport. We surely would stay again at InnSpirit next time we visit HK! Thank you, Samuel, for being a hospitable host!

Affordable and excellent location!

We also spoke Mandarin, Cantonese and English well. We traveled to several (5 people) as a family and took 3 rooms. 2 of the rooms were quite narrow (two-bedroom). The 3rd one was much larger (1 large bed and 1 bed to one person + room in the room to move around). The room included a double bed, drawers under the bed for us (just to ask for a quote). He also spoke Mandarin, Cantonese and English well. We traveled to several (5 people) as a family and took 3 rooms. 2 of the rooms were quite narrow (two-bedroom beds). The 3rd one was much larger (1 large bed and 1 bed to one person + room to move around in the room). The room included a double bed, drawers under the bed for us or other things to unpack, a TV, two drawers, electrical sockets (take a bathroom from our hotel, don't forget to change the drawers), a hot air conditioner, a bag, a water mat and a bathroom from our hotel.

Well located, clean, very available owner

My wife and me just visited HK and stayed at Innspirit. Nice location near MTR, Bus stop to Airport (A21), I square mall, nice restaurants, and minimarket. The room was clean and neat. Good connection wifi. The host, Sam, was very friendly and informative.....excellent service.😊😊😊.....see you

Our stay was great, Sam treated us like home, the place is impeccable, super clean and the perfect location, the rooms are very small, Hong Kong-style, but it has everything you need to get around!

Very good location and very clean!

The rooms are small (like all in Hong Kong) but very comfortable and functional, and with a private bathroom.In addition, I want to highlight the warmth of Samuel, who from the first day made us feel at home and gave us many recommendations for our trip around Hong Kong! That made the difference and would definitely stay here again 🙂

A BIG option for accommodation in Hong Kong!

I spent 5 nights in Hong Kong, of which 3 were spent in this beautiful hotel. It is clean, comfortable, very ubiquitous, has windows on the street, the personal/owners son is super friendly, they have coffee, tea and water at the disposal of the guests, which helps a lot. The room space was reduced because it is Hong Kong. This place is a jewel. Volvería siempre. I stayed 5 nights in Hong Kong, 3 of which I spent in this beautiful hotel. It is clean, comfortable, good location, has windows to the street, the staff/owners are super friendly, they have coffee, tea and water available to the guests, which helps a lot.
