Absolutely delightful stay at this boutique hotel for approximately a week. Food was delicious and I can't imagine a better staff and owner! Although it wasn't close to the draws in Sihanoukville, it was nonetheless memorable!

A Hidden Gem Off The Beaten' Path

Hello, be careful not to book this hotel because it's closed. We paid for nothing ($55) by hotels.com. The entrance is locked. We tried to get refunded by the bennys chain on the beach but they didn't want to know. Furious.

Stayed here for 2 nights and had no real complaints: rooms were small and basic but clean. The air con worked well and breakfast was tasty. The wifi wasn't great in the rooms and only worked well in the lobby. Because of the design of the hotel, sounds really carried and it was quite noisy. The location (on the side of a busy road) meant it was also very noisy when sat by the pool. The hotel is quite a distance from the beach/center and there are no bars/restaurants within walking distance.

The Turkish staff were very friendly and engaging, and were probably the best thing about the hotel.

Great staff, not so great location

An extremely large frontage, but certainly not a quaint bar.  The Turkish waiter (new to the bar, we found out) encouraged us to come in and then didn't know the price of beer, which turned out to be more expensive than quite a lot of others.  Turkish pizzas looked good, though.

Nice hotel but far from the city centre and the beaches Compter $4 to go and $4 to go back to the city centre The big plus of this hotel: the kindness of the boss who speaks perfectly English (he is of Turkish origin) and the manager who is Cambodian but speaks fluent French I saw that the owner was opening another hotel in the city centre very well located 2 minutes walk from the beach The stay of Benny's city restaurant I am 3 days in this hotel

Nice hotel but far away

We spent 10 days with my wife and my two-year-old son. Hotel away from the beach but the bosses offer to take you away when they can. Everyone is on a low lease, the food is excellent and the breakfasts are varied. The swimming pool is very nice before or after the beach. The rooms are spacious and clean. Our next stay will be here or in the new hotel under construction if the service is the same! Thank you for this beautiful stay.

A real corner of paradise

For a western, you can't say a charming hotel with a bit of a loose décor, but the room was large, quiet and clean. The staff was very kind and available. The pool and the garden might be nice but there's a constant traffic noise coming from the street hidden by a hedge of trees and flowers. You're a little far from the center, restaurants and the beach.

A little bit decentralized but interesting.

stressed by a business trip I made serious mistakes: - jai paid naively in advance by paypal, 2 weeks of stay, (condition to have a taxi from the airport) - I did not require receipts for my breakfast (not included) or my drinks at the bar.... The place is completely concrete as one would expect it has a lush vegetation, too close to neighbors who own many dogs who are barking day and night, just in front of a large highway axis very well trained 24/24 has arrived quickly a very ordinary night bar to the English pop music so very strongly attached to mosquito chains: the mosquito chains laid on the lawn, the roots of mosquitoes and the receipts of mosquitoes are not responsible for the lack of electricity, the lack of electricity and the lack of electricity, the lack of electricity and the lack of electricity, the lack of a lot of personal access to the toilet, etc.

This guest house is too far from the center, every time we had to take a TUK TUK to get to the bustling places. Spacious rooms with white paint, purple walls but the whole set without personality. Without an elevator, you have to climb the stairs to finally get to the rooms. For 55€ without breakfast this guest house is way too expensive even if there is a swimming pool. That's why I won't go back to this hotel. The staff is friendly.
