The room is clean, the staff is nice and welcoming, the furniture is not exactly the last cry but for a short trip this is perfectly enough.

Acceptable for two-day trips

Very much 1980s style, in a bad need or rstoration and upgrading the services as the amenities are even more like 1970s. OK in a town like Tuzla i did not expect much more, but what is supposed to be a top house at the most prestigeous location, ought to offer a bit more. At least it is clean and breakfast is good. But the beds are a disaster

It is a gigantic structure, which would have to be greatly reduced in operation to reduce operating costs, but the staff is always available and attentive to the needs of the guests and all in all the rooms are not bad.

We were there for two nights when a wedding took place in this hotel, we found it practically right to stay in this hotel. If there was ever a wedding in this hotel again, we would definitely NOT stay there. In the hotel, the price is different between the old rooms (cheaper price) and the newly renovated rooms. We decided on the renovated rooms. Here you can't really criticize much either, the room was big and all right, the bathroom was okay and the mattresses weren't too tight. However, whoever thinks that getting a carpet or a carpet in a hotel is wrong here.

Never again - personnel must be changed

We spent two nights there and we'll stay there. The hotel is very different in price from the old rooms and the new rooms renovated. We chose the renovated rooms. We didn't really get much criticism here either, the room was all right, the bathroom was clean and the mattresses weren't all clear. The breakfast offer is very thin, for a few marks you can eat much better in the many cafes in the city. The staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. The maid at our place didn't even look past us. We had to ask for a fresh towel and toilet paper and we were even snapped.

Location of the hotel is really great, close to the center. Also, hotel is quiet, but the bed is very old and madress is old and uncomfortable. Breakfast is ordinary, basic. However, staff is helpfull, but there is no phone in the room, so if you need something get prepared to go down to the reception by yourself. Very expensive for this level of accomodation. No wifi.

Good location, expensive, unconfortable bed, no wifi

Pros:
1. The restaurant staff is great, they try their best with what they have. Meals were ok.
2. Location is also great, downtown Tuzla, right next to the key institutions.
Cons:
1. Make sure you ask for one of the 40 upgraded rooms. The non-renovated ones are a big no no.
2. The hotel has no facilities such as the gym but there are 2 great ones in the close proximity.

Points for efforts, othervise needs an upgrade

A hotel built during the ‘’golden era’’ of the former country. 
He was once a symbol of luxury, after that it was not so much invested.
Staff is very kind, tries to provide the best possible service.
Our room (apartment) was clean, warm, good furnished. But, sorry to say, the overall feeling is not too good.
Hotel needs changes.

Hotel from the recent past

A beautiful hotel, the rooms have large windows which can be fully opened. And you want to get some fresh air in if you are a non-smoker and everything (mattress, chairs, room) have that stale smell of cigarette smoke. You even have an ashtray in the room. Everything else is ok. Nice bathroom, good bad, decent food, good wi-fi. But if you are a non-smoker do check first for a non-smoking policy hotel (if you are able to find one).

Ideal for smokers

Hotel equipment from the 70s, you can't expect too much. At least the TV has been flashing in my room. Wifi is free, but low transfer rates with frequent interruptions. The choice for breakfast is rather manageable. But for that, very affordable and centrally located.
