Yerevan was greeted by sunny weather, smiles, willingness to help navigate through Yerevan. Very convenient location of Prague Hotel. In the basement of the Tavern Gata, where a magnificent gaeta is prepared.

The hotel was chosen based on reviews and not guessed. It is located in a very convenient place. The square of the Republic is within easy reach. The hotel has only 6 rooms. The room was with windows in the courtyard and therefore, despite the proximity of the roads, there was silence. The hostess of the hotel Lilith is just a super remarkable woman) In general, Armenians have great respect for their hospitality!!! Breakfast was held in the tavern at the hotel. Everything was fresh and tasty. From the airport we arrived on the route 201, then 15 minutes on foot. The cost of 300 others.

It is a small family hotel with easy access to all the places in the city centre. The restaurant offers both breakfast and later local specialties. Here you can relax well after exploring the city and its history. In the small country and the central location of its capital you can easily reach many interesting places in the country from the capital. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again anytime.

Good accommodation in the heart of the city

It's a cozy little mini-hotel where you feel like a guest, not a guest, and I had a spacious room with windows to the street, no complaints, and the staff is very hospitable, it's a bribe, and there's a tavern with a great menu inside.

A cozy and welcoming mini-hotel

The hotel is located in the very heart of the Armenian capital - just a few minutes away from the central square, the History Museum, famous local flea-market "Vernisazh," to name a few. 

You can start your morning with complimentary breakfast, served at a restaurant downstairs. The same family owns and runs both the hotel and restaurant. Usually, the breakfast starts at 9am, but if it doesn't fit your schedule, they offer to serve it earlier. 

The rooms have all the necessary amenities. If something is missing, I am sure, the hosts will be happy to provide you with the missing item. 

I stayed here for over a week, and I didn't have any issues that would sour my stay.

Best price/quality deal in downtown Yerevan

Friendly staff, good breakfast, good location and very comfortable stay. Stayed for 3 nights.  Good hotel in the center of the town with easy access. stayed there for 3 nights with family and good experience and I recommend this hotel

The hotel is awarded excellent from our side for the number of its nominations the top-priority of which is its location, i.e. Tumanyan 22 is really the heart of Yerevan. You may find around whatever you want to make you feel comfortable, like food store, drugstore, fast food and numerous other restaurants, not to say about sightseeing the visiting of which will brighten up the impression that one may have about the city of Yerevan that is the museum underneath the sky.
On top of all that, the idyllic combination of the quality and the price won’t allow anybody to stay indifferent and assure oneself of the correct and meaningful choice. Despite of the strong lockdown measures the breakfast is included in accommodation in comparison with other mini hotels which excluded it but at the same time did not decrease the accommodation price. 
Furthermore, the guests are welcomed at “gata point”, the main entrance to the hotel is designed for baking traditional Armenian pastry “gata” the striking vanilla aroma of which with a cup of the traditional Armenian coffee make your spirit high for the whole day.
The hotel is administered by sweetie couple and perfectly qualified staff who are ready to assist you in whatever you may need as well as to put their best efforts to make your stay unforgettable and awaken desire to visit Armenia over and over again.

Perfect hotel in downtown of Yerevan.

The rooms are spacious, big bed, hot water, refrigerator (just have to be turned on inside), TV, internet, refreshing water, cleaning every day. Breakfast - we were just having a party! So the dolmu, the pancakes, the different types of local coffee makers (and you haven't tried our compot of ivy? and the cooking to bring from the oven?). or just the eggshell. Always - go for breakfast!

I'm hospitable and I want to come home.

A great hotel in the very center of Yerevan with a great price/quality ratio. Very pleased with the excellent location and, of course, hospitality. Below is a great cheap restaurant with Armenian cuisine Tavern Gata, where you can eat deliciously - very convenient :)

A wonderful hotel in the center of Yerevan.

The room is comfortable with air conditioning, there is a refrigerator (which is not insignificant when on +28 street and you want chilled water), fans, every day cleaning and replacing slippers and soap accessories. Breakfast is delicious and everything is brought!!! Before the early excursion the evening was brought dry paek carefully, and early in the morning prepared coffee (it is nice to have dinner or a cup of tea (or the tastiest tea with a hat and a mint) and listen to national music.
